How is our pork raised?
We buy weaned piglets and raise them naturally on un-tainted grass. Their diet is grass and some grains. They are butchered locally at 250-350 pounds in late Fall to early Winter.
How do I order?
The pork is available by the half or whole, and also sold by the cut from our farm store. The pork is sent to Devries Meats where it is butchered and processed according to your desires. The cost is $4.25 per pound times the hanging weight, plus processing (paid to DeVries Meats). Please call Betsy at (616)997-1306 for more information or to place an order.
